Ghorepani- Khopra Trek - 15 Days

Arrival in Kathmandu. We will pick up you from Airport to hotel.Evening will be meeting in office.Introduction with guide Welcome dinner and trekking information by guide.

Drive to Pokhara by standard tourist bus. Tourist bus will take about 7-8 hours to get Pokhara Evening can make boating. And Guide will let you know the next day program.

Well here we start to our journey to Mountain. So today we take Taxi/private vehicle from Pokhara to Gandruk It takes about 2:30 hours, Then we do start to walk through Ghandruk village.Here probably will be lunch break and walk up about 3-4 hours. We need to stay Tadapani overnight.

This day is just going uphill mostly. Mostly the trail goes inside the deep forest. This trail is less crowed than normal Ghorepani trail. Lodges & foods are acceptable. 5-6 hours we need to walk. Just we can see same mountains views from the ways. Lunch can be take on Isharu. Then evening will be able to see sun set from your hotel. And if you wan to go up to Mulde peak for sunset then it takes about 30 minutes to get view point.

Early morning we should go up to Mulde peak for sunrise view above the Mountains. Mulde peak (3635m) is one of the best view point in this trekking route. From here we can view 7th. highest Mt. Dhaulagiri (8167m), Very small top of 10th. highest of Annapurna1st (8091m), Annapurna South(7219m), Fishtail(6993m), Nilgiri, & more. Anyway from the Dobato to Mulde is just about 30 minutes. Then after the view should come back for breakfast to lodge and start to walk ahead your left way to Chistibang. Whole day shoulld walk in deep forest. The day isn’t for view. The trail to walk is aprox 5/6 hours. If you are planning in winter then Crampon is highly required.

Well this day isn’t long to walk. Just we need to walk aprox 3/4 hours to get Khopra Danda. This is also one of the best view point. This is just very close to East face of Dhaulagiri and west of Annapurna south. from here again we can see Mt. dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, Annapurna south. There is only one community lodge. Accommodation & food is just basic. Even room should make sure for over night

Here the day is for your Option to Barahlake (4600m) or just come back down. If the is mch snow then we suggest you not to go Khayar lake. Anyway if we do continue on to lake then it will be quite long day to go up to lake & back to lodge in same day. So if you keep going on then should prepare your pack lunch for the way. Views are normal. So for the view khopra danda is better than Barah lake. Lake is not big as y think. Just because of holy lake local people believe much. If you skip the day then you can manage the day somewhere.

Well the day is just walk down to Swanta village. Here the lodge and food are much better than previous days. But the place isn’t for the views. You can see Dhaulagiri. Just spend your day with good foods & hot shower.

Well here again one of another highlight place of the whole trip. Lodge are food are basic, For ac0mmodation should make sure. There is only one lodge at Mohare. Views are much similar with Mulde peak. We can view of mountains Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Nilgiri, Fishtail & more. This day need to walk little long. Probably it will take 6-7 hours to get Mohare from Swanta. The trail will go through small villages to deep forest.

Well just to view sunrise, You should wake up early morning. Views are incredible through out tall pine trees.. Mt. Dhaulagiri 8153m, Annapurna I 8091m (just small top), Annapurna south, fishtail, Nillgiri, and left Annapurna range are clear to view. Then after join for breakfast. Then you will walk to Nagi village through tall pine trees and forest.

Well this day we will walk in village and forest both. BansKharka Village is well known for orange farming. If you get december /early January , you can buy fresh oranges from Garden. Even if you stay in home stay then they will give you some oranges as bye bye gift. Well We wish you will celebrate your last trekking dinner party with your trekking crew.

Well the last day of trekking and walking in hill, Still you have to walk 2:30 hours to get road. At Galeswor you will get

reserved vehicle. Then vehicle will take about 3 hours to get Pokhara.

Well after huge mountain walking you can have a day in Pokhara as you like. You can make sight seeing or just rest in Pokhara. If you think for sight seeing then let us know to manage farther.

Well we will take tourist bus to Kathmandu. Tourist bus will start from 7:30 in morning. You should be 7 at tourist bus stand, It can take 7-10 hours as road conditions. Evening we will join for Farewell dinner with nepalese cultural dance,
